Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and ZeroClick Analytics for using our website, dashboard, API, MCP and log forwarder (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

ZeroClick Analytics is run by Ankit Ghosh, a sole proprietor based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@zeroclickanalytics.com.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, and the Service is meant for business use.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
  • Tell us straight away at support@zeroclickanalytics.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

2. Free trial

  • Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial.
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your first payment is taken.
  • Each person can use one free trial. Creating new accounts or workspaces to restart a trial isn't allowed.

3. Plans, billing and price changes

  • Plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page. Enterprise plans follow the terms in your Enterprise agreement where they differ from these terms.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which appears on your statement. Prices may not include taxes, which are added where required.
  • Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
  • We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. You can cancel before it applies.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes a number of verified visits per month: one request from a verified AI agent or search engine bot to a page on your site. Fake bots, scanners and errors never count toward your limit.

Going over your limit is never charged automatically. We'll contact you to suggest a plan that fits. If you stay well over your limit (for example, for two months in a row), we may ask you to upgrade, or limit how much new data we accept until you do.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your data

  • You own your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, keep it secure, and fix problems.
  • We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For the bot traffic data from your websites, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
  • Data export: you can ask for a copy of your data at any time by emailing support@zeroclickanalytics.com. Please request it before your subscription ends.
  • Deletion: your data is deleted when you ask us to, or when your subscription ends.
  • We may use anonymous, combined statistics about how the Service is used (that don't identify you or your websites) to improve it.

7. Connecting websites and the log forwarder

  • Only connect websites you own or are allowed to manage, and make sure you have any permissions or notices your own visitors' laws require.
  • We provide log forwarder code that runs on your own infrastructure. You may use and adjust it only to send data to ZeroClick Analytics.
  • The forwarder is built to filter out human visitors before sending anything. If you change it, you're responsible for making sure it doesn't send us human visitors' data or other personal data the Service isn't meant to receive.

8. MCP and AI tools

Our MCP gives AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) read-only access to your ZeroClick data. When you connect an AI tool, you choose to share that data with it, and that tool's own terms and privacy policy apply. We aren't responsible for what third-party AI tools do with the data or the answers they give.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break any law, or use the Service to harm, track or identify individual people
  • Send us data you aren't allowed to share, including human visitors' personal data
  • Try to access other customers' data, or probe, overload or attack the Service
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product
  • Share your account with people outside your team, or get around plan limits

10. The Service and changes

  • We work hard to keep the Service running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. There is no guaranteed uptime (SLA) on Pro and Business plans; Enterprise customers can agree one separately.
  • Identifying bots relies on signals such as published IP lists and user agents, which companies change over time. Results are our best estimate and may sometimes be wrong.
  • We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something important to paying customers, we'll tell you in advance.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, our software, design, brand and content belong to us. These terms give you a limited right to use the Service while your subscription is active; they don't transfer ownership. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Our logo is based on the 🌀 Cyclone emoji from Noto Emoji by Google, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Modified (recolored). The original emoji design remains under that license.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, abuse the Service, or don't pay. We'll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first, unless it's urgent (for example, a security risk or illegal activity). Accounts closed for breaking these terms aren't refunded.

13. Disclaimers

Apart from what these terms say, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without other promises, to the extent the law allows. Decisions you make based on the Service's data are your own.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of data you sent us, websites you connected, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

16. Third-party services

The Service relies on other providers, such as Cloudflare, Clerk, Dodo Payments and Shipmail. Their own terms may apply to parts of your experience (for example, Dodo Payments' terms for checkout), and we aren't responsible for their services.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it together.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page and email customers about important changes. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
